Dacron Fiber Wrap

When .75 oz. Dacron fiber wrap is bonded to your foam it will give a softened sculptured look to your upholstered furniture. It will reduce the fabric to foam friction, extending the life of your fabric. The addition of the fiber wraps makes pulling the cover on easier. Sew your own designer pillow covers to snap up any décor with our superior 100% polyester fiber filled inserts. We use one of the finest hollow bond siliconized fibers available to keep your pillows plumped. The fibers are 15 denier, 2.5 length, 64 mil conjugated. The covers are 1.25 Spun Bond non woven polyester fabric. We offer 4.5 oz, 14 x 14 and 10.3, oz, 17 x 17 pillow inserts. Or we can do custom sizes with a minimum of 5 per size. DRIFAST Outdoor Foam
Primary use is outdoor furniture and marine seating due to its weatherproof design.

Drifast is reticulated foam, a versatile material, primarily used outdoors. Its large open pores allow it to dry very quickly, rather than absorb water, as most foams do.
